Dense and decently moist carrot cake topped with vegan frosting and crunchy walnuts. Based on the packaging, this contained no artificial colours or flavours. Sweet and pleasant though obviously nothing fancy - would have preferred a slightly more intense carrot flavour plus more shredded carrots! P.S.
