Tastes nice but I wish it was stronger in carrot and spice flavour. I wish it was a softer moister texture. The buttercream is very thick and rich but nice flavour and not too sweet.

Not dry at all but moist and filled with chunky walnuts 🤩 (thinking back to the dry cardboard banana bread slices also from Coles Nature's Kitchen). The icing is the richest part - I absolutely love the #carrotcake part, and the icing is nice company in small amounts but it does get a bit sickeningly rich 😅. Not palm oil free. $9 for the (smallish) #cake as of writing.
A tasty g-f vegan carrot cake, if you can find it. Good size to share and eat quickly as it can become a bit dry. Would definitely buy again.
Dense and decently moist carrot cake topped with vegan frosting and crunchy walnuts. Based on the packaging, this contained no artificial colours or flavours. Sweet and pleasant though obviously nothing fancy - would have preferred a slightly more intense carrot flavour plus more shredded carrots! P.S. Bought this to try for an afternoon tea. Everyone enjoyed it, it was a nice carrot cake flavour and good icing. Slightly dry and maybe would’ve been nicer with some gluten 😆
