Review of Crazy Crispy Chick’n Breasts - Skinny Butcher by iszy
I've never heard of Skinny Butcher before, so it was a nice surprise to find these at Costco! These chicken fillets cook up really nice and crispy. Their breading has a good peppery seasoning to them, and honestly almost reminds me of KFC, (except you won't feel disgusting afterwards). 15g of protein isn't too bad either!
We wanted to make chicken parmesan, but didn't realize our Miyoko's liquid mozz had expired, so we just threw this chicken on top of some pasta and called it good. I would definitely get these again! They seem really perfect for a sandwich, or you can cut them up and put them in a wrap or salad.
