This was a delicious bhindi masala with so many flavorful vegetables. The spices were very fragrant and the #okra was not too slimy or oily. The #tomatoes and #peppers definitely helped to make this a wonderful dish. 🤩 The pricing was not especially cheap or expensive, but the quality was good. I’ll be looking forward to returning to Ahimsa (from Sanskrit, meaning “non-violence”) in the future, which is one of my favorite veg-friendly and Jain-friendly Indian restaurants. 😄🌱
