This was without a doubt the best bao I’ve ever had, maybe even one of my favourite bites of food I’ve ever had. The bun was incredibly fluffy and soft, the seitan filling was sweet and sticky, the mayo sauce was rich and creamy, the lettuce gave it a little crunch and the pickles cut through the savouriness. So simple and yet so delicious. My cousin said she images this is what Krabby Patties tasted like😂

And, this is my 1000th review!! What a perfect way to reach 1000.
