My mum had this dish and even though she isn’t vegan, she really enjoyed it! I tried one and I have to say I agree - the #meatballs were on the softer side, but tasted delicious - not too meaty so you could tell they were vegan. The sauce was also amazing - very flavourful, a teeny bit spicy and there was lots of it, too.
