Love love love this dish! Can’t go wrong with #spicy #petai dish.
The gravy is #fragrant, #intense and packed full of #spices, coating pieces of #battered green round #eggplant. Excellent on its own, but better with piping hot white rice.
Serving time is pretty quick, around 15 minutes, and all dishes come at once.
