The quality of thi #mozzarella very much depends on what you want to use it for.
It really good to eat it #raw as it is, with some #tomatoes, #basil and #balsamic glaze, or on a #sandwich.
If you want to #bake it and use it on a #pizza this #veganmozzarella is not the best to use, as it does NOT #melt at all.
