Classic Mozarella-Alternative auf Mandelbasis

A pretty acceptable #veganmozarella option. First time that I found this product in the supermarket

I do not like the taste and consistency of it, it should be more solid,

it s like a spreadable cheese but in a Mozzarella shape. 🤔

When it melts in the oven it's acceptable, but I won't buy it again, I

didn't like the flavour, felt too much the coconut oil

Pur nicht wirklich lecker. Mit Gewürz, Basilikum, Tomaten und evtl Balsamico geht es.

The quality of thi #mozzarella very much depends on what you want to use it

for.
It really good to eat it #raw as it is, with some #tomatoes, #basil and #balsamic glaze, or on a #sandwich.
If you want to #bake it and use it on a #pizza this #veganmozzarella is not the best to use, as it does NOT #melt at all.
