Review of chick’n scallopini - Gardein by kristin548

Not my favorite of the Gardein line but I’ve only tried sautéing it. I think though that it might make a great vegan chicken Parmesan or on a sandwich. Cooked it in oil with onions, sliced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
