I can never resist a #buddhabowl! I wouldn’t have got this if not for my deliveroo voucher, since this #restaurant is quite pricey, but I’m glad I did (I’ve wanted to get something from Source for ages!) The marinated mushrooms were just delicious, and went perfectly with the crunchy spiralised veg and slaw. I also really enjoyed the green goddess dressing that I think contained avocado and lemon juice. There was plenty of food, and despite being mostly vegetables, it was quite filling. Source has recently become #100percentplantbased and focuses on locally sourced, minimum waste food :)
