I actually really like these ones. Though I usually cook the noodles a few more minutes longer than the box suggests. I drain most of the pasta water, add in some vegan butter, mix together until the butter is all melted. Then I add the cheese. If it’s a little thick (since I like mine not too thick), I add some water or plant based milk. I also like to add some pepper, some smoked paprika, and Nooch (of course). All-in-all it’s pretty tasty and there are so many ways to add in more nutritional value.

Side note: I know I’ve only been reviewing the junk food of vegan food!! Just know this is isn’t all I eat and I will be posting more of my own recipe photos. I just wanted to be able to show that you can still eat the things you want or crave, even as a vegan!
