Does #kimchi go off I wonder? Found this at the back of my fridge. It's still in date but I'm pretty sure I opened it months ago. Anyway, it still tastes incredible. This is so far the only brand of vegan kimchi that tastes indiscernable from non-vegan kimchi. Full of umami and just the right amount of spicy kick. Had it on avo toast for dinner 🤌 mwah
