Love this kimchi chopped and stirred through veggie noodles. Just the right amount of spice and great for digestion.

I haven’t tried much vegan kimchi but I am very impressed by the kimchi from this brand! The smell can be a bit overwhelming but the kimchi itself is beautifully tangy and spicy I love it! It works very well in my bibimbap (as pictured) and as the main star of a kimchi fried rice. I only wish it was a little cheaper!!
Sour and salty and crunchy and spicy. A fave! Love adding it to a cheeze toastie 👌🏼 Shame this one is in a plastic tub though… the ones on the Coles website are in glass jars. Not a cheap option at $10 each, so glass would be better.
Does #kimchi go off I wonder? Found this at the back of my fridge. It's still in date but I'm pretty sure I opened it months ago. Anyway, it still tastes incredible. This is so far the only brand of vegan kimchi that tastes indiscernable from non-vegan kimchi. Full of umami and just the right amount of spicy kick. Had it on avo toast for dinner 🤌 mwah #dogsofabv
Finally a good vegan kimchi that is accessible, can be found in supermarket! On a pricier side, compared to the ones at Asian stores, but it’s available everywhere!!!
