I was hesitant to "waste" my junk food take out meal on a salad, but I was wrong! It was so satisfying and delicious and humongous! The soy curls are nice and peppery; the dressing is super thick and creamy, it was great. I'll definitely get it again.

Haha I totally get that feeling! I am so hesitant to order a salad at restaurants when there’s other vegan options!
