Whoa i like this product! I was amazed by how cheesy it tastes. It also has a hint of acidity, i assume because of the apple cider vinegar it contains. I’m impressed by how good this is, and pretty pleased that i now know of two vegan cream cheeses that i really like (the other one being Kite Hill). Philadelphia’s out the door.
