Review of Queso Fresco Cheese - Forager Project by monirod333

I was so intrigued when I first saw this. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a vegan queso fresco option. It’s crumbled I wish it also came as a block. I made Chile rellenos and it melts beautifully. I’ve also made quesadillas and they were so good ! I got this at grocery outlet for only 2.50 but it typically cost like 7$ elsewhere Aka healthy markets
