The Seitan tasted really good with the cornflake crumbs, definitely one of the better ways to go. Worth trying just for the fried chicken. I felt like they may have had a lot of people and were churning then out fast in the kitchen, mine didn't have enough chicken. Great concept, didn't quite match the asthetic of their festive dish.
