Their website describes them as: Organic black oyster mushrooms, rempah spice batter, sambal mayo. They weren't great for take out, as when I opened them at home, they were all wet from the stem and mushy. I baked them to get the crisp back, but they were SO greasy and not much flavour and there weren't very much for $13. The sauce was good. I encourage you to not get this.
