My friend said this is her favorite gluten free pasta, but I was pretty disappointed. This turned out mushy and had a weird grainy texture (no I didn’t overcook the pasta). I think I prefer rice pasta the best for gluten free options! It was also expensive for a small box at 💲4.50 at Sprouts.
