This is the second type of cassava pasta that I try. It really has to be cooked perfectly and to not overcook it, for it to taste good. The texture is OK, slightly grainy but not as grainy as legume pasta. It's a decent #glutenfree option.

I think these taste like legit penne and could eat it very regularly. It is versatile and taste good with garlic, herbs, veggies, tomato sauce and/or mushrooms, possibilities are infinite. Packaging with no plastic.
Organic, grain free pasta penne. My friend used it for pasta salad and mmm it was Pretty good tasting...a bit starchy and quite filling. It makes the water very thick which it's cassava so... I guess that's to be expected as is with some other specialty gluten free pastas. But It seems like a quality product and like many others it's a bit more pricey so deff look out for sales and promos. We got this from Wegmans and they are pretty good with specialty items. Deff reccomend this if you're looking for a grain free penne option!!! #plasticfree
My friend said this is her favorite gluten free pasta, but I was pretty disappointed. This turned out mushy and had a weird grainy texture (no I didn’t overcook the pasta). I think I prefer rice pasta the best for gluten free options! It was also expensive for a small box at 💲4.50 at Sprouts. #pasta #glutenfree #glutenfreevegan
