Repost again but it looks different this time - especially the portion size! For reference the Katsu pork is actually a normal size cutlet. The cutlet is really good, even according to my omnivore friends, and the risotto is always rich, chewy and delicious.
Also it looks like an egg😂

Doesn't the risotto make the underside of the cutlet all moist and soggy? 🤨
