Yummy! This shelf-stable vegan mix is so good. I just prepared it according to the directions and added chopped water chestnuts (not required but they add great crunch). I also topped it with Makoto Asian dressing, which I'm a bit obsessed about at the moment. (See my previous review.) But it's really good without it too.
I happened to get this at Sprouts when it was on sale. Off-sale it's a bit on the expensive side. But it's worth the $$. And it's great to have something this good be shelf-stable. That's one less thing in my jam-packed freezer.
