
So, I made these vegan snickers for a dinner party last week. I got the recipe from halfbakedharvest who is not a vegan chef, but this recipe just happens to be vegan. They were pretty easy to make and although they didn’t necessarily taste just like a snickers bar, they were REALLY good. Little sugar bombs!
I used both coconut cream and this coconut milk to make the caramel. This milk was a little thin which is way I used the cream too.

Ingredients (instructions are too long for here so check her website for that)
3/4 cup cashew butter or almond butter
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
4-6 tablespoons coconut flour or almond flour
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt, plus more for topping
1 1/2 cups real maple syrup
3/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 cup roasted peanuts
12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
