This consisted of pecan pesto, cashew cream, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, cherry tomatoes, hazelnut parmesan, butternut squash and zucchini zoodles, served warm. What a fantastic combination of tastes and textures. The zoodles and pesto were especially wonderful.
