This dish is a great choice for anyone. But as a gluten-free and soy-free entree, it may hold particular appeal for those with some common food allergies. It’s a fresh, vibrant, and tasty meal! What an awesome vegan restaurant! And this dish’s cashew cheese sauce is a decadent delight. The restaurant is located across the street from the vegan-friendly New Seasons Market and a couple of blocks from the Inn at Northrup Station, a nice boutique hotel where we stayed.
