Review of Vegan GF Vegetable Lasagna - Amy’s by parifairie

I discovered this lasagna a few months ago and it’s a keeper. I like that I can microwave it for a quick lunch. The sauce is delicious and tangy, it has lots of veggies, and is fully satisfying. I couldn’t even tell the noodles were gluten free. Definitely recommended! #veganisnotscary
