I discovered this lasagna a few months ago and it’s a keeper. I like that

I can microwave it for a quick lunch. The sauce is delicious and tangy, it has lots of veggies, and is fully satisfying. I couldn’t even tell the noodles were gluten free. Definitely recommended! #veganisnotscary

I LOVED IT!!! Small portion to make a full meal for me, but it is

so good. At times I modify it with my own beans and vegetables to make it more filling.

Pretty good for a frozen lasagna. I liked the chunks of squash and zucchini layered

in. Sauce was almost too acidic but I toned it down with some grated Parmesan cheese.
I would buy again, especially if it was on sale.
Always handy to have a quick meal to throw in the oven.

I was really craving lasagna, but didn’t have time to make it from scratch. It

doesn’t look like the picture (maybe because I cooked it in the microwave, or they added extra cheeze after cooking and doctor the picture), but it tastes great! I am not usually a fan of GF pasta, but this rice pasta has a decent texture. #crittercreekfarmsanctuary
