This is the best vegan Carrot Cake I have had, should be a 5* but nutritionally can’t be 😭
Love the added crunch the pumpkin seeds and nuts give , the icing is perfectly sweet
R75 for a slice is expensive but it is so delicious 😋
Shared a slice with my daughter , one slice was perfect portion for two
Highly recommend, they don’t always have available so check before you go 😉
