Carrot Cake Slice

Oh what an amazing treat this is - the perfect carrot cake with a delicate balance of flavours and absolutely no hint that it lacks the regular ingredients that most people consider the magic touch that makes cakes delicious. Expensive, yes. Decadent, also yes.

This is the best vegan Carrot Cake I have had, should be a 5* but nutritionally can’t be 😭 Love the added crunch the pumpkin seeds and nuts give , the icing is perfectly sweet R75 for a slice is expensive but it is so delicious 😋 Shared a slice with my daughter , one slice was perfect portion for two Highly recommend, they don’t always have available so check before you go 😉
