Review of Mediterranean Style Block - Violife by veganliving

I believe this is suppose to imitate halloumi cheese, which my family only discovered a few years ago. But it wasn’t until we found this vegan version that I was able to try it as well. And it was delicious! We even got it to squeak :) We made ours into sandwich using baguette slices as the bread with tomato and lettuce. It still had a little bit of the “vegan cheese” smell, but once cooked was hardly noticeable. Violife is quickly becoming my favorite brand for cheese blocks, slices, and shreds. #uplandspeak
