This gnocchi is made from carrots and has a vegan cream of mushroom kind of sauce. It’s got peas, pine nuts, more mushrooms and is garnished with fried sage. I love the fried sage. The pasta is a little chewier than potato based gnocchi but I enjoyed it. It’s different!
