Review of Tan-tan Noodle Soup - T’s noodle by truphotos

A fantastic product by T’s Tan Tan. Originally famous for their tan tan noodle restaurant more than 10 years ago in the suburbs of Tokyo, they have also entered the cup noodles market with their signature tan tan noodles flavour. As of now, I believe this is the only vegan cup noodles available in the Japanese market.

Taste is great with lots of umami, but the soup base can be salty so you might want to add slightly more hot water than the recommended amount. This is as close as it can get to the original dish served in their restaurants. Personally, I would prefer a larger serving for gluttons like me 😝, and hope there will be more flavours available!
