Saved 1%vegans who love travelling to Japan , I’m sure you will recognise the famous T’s Tan Tan Men! The last I had this was at the Narita Airport, begging them to open a store in Singapore ! 😅
Taste wise, I love their ramen! Might be slightly spicy for a few, but I love mine spicy. There’s a strong soy and mushroom taste which comes across as a nutty soupy ramen 🍜

more than 10 years ago in the suburbs of Tokyo, they have also entered the cup noodles market with their signature tan tan noodles flavour. As of now, I believe this is the only vegan cup noodles available in the Japanese market.
Taste is great with lots of umami, but the soup base can be salty so you might want to add slightly more hot water than the recommended amount. This is as close as it can get to the original dish served in their restaurants. Personally, I would prefer a larger serving for gluttons like me 😝, and hope there will be more flavours available!

if tofu and veg in this. i really like it a lot! the jap team sometimes join Japan rail cafe events to cook the noodles so i def recommend this!
