HANDS DOWN my favorite thing to eat at J. Selby’s. I could eat this EVERY DAY. The buffalo sauce is perfect - not too much vinegar, not too hot. I have had it where there is too much buffalo sauce and it’s quite drippy (but still yummy), so get some extra napkins! #roosterredemption
