This is a phenomenal dish. It consists of a base of quinoa with a layer of greens, followed by their tasty soup of the day. It is a nice size dish and is a bargain compared to the offerings of the surrounding restaurants. They have two Choice locations but the one in Lahaina town closes early so check the website. The location at Whaler's Village is normally open until 9pm.
