Mary872条评论I’m sorry!!!! I can’t remember the name of the dish, but it was a hummus/ tahini/ garlicky dish on a layer of falafel and maybe crunchy bread (how do they keep it crunchy in the sauce?) Magnificent!! If you describe it they will know it! Again, sorry!creamy saucy crunchy…
Mary872条评论It would be very VERY difficult to choose one favourite dish at Tuma, but if I absolutely had to I’d probably say this Fattoush! Thank the gods that the gracious chef / host Wael came out to greet us tonight and since he knew what we had ordered on nights before, he knew we had missed it! You cannot miss this restaurant if you are in Segovia! It has so many vegan options!Fattoush

Mary872条评论The sauce!!! O… M.. G….!! It’s a tahini based sauce that makes the falafel even more delicious than it already is. At the suggestion of our gracious and non-vegan friend Marisol, we ordered everything vegan to share for the table instead of individual plates and we loved it so much we ate at the other location of Tuma also in Segovia the next night and then a third night at the original restaurant. We all loved it so much.Falafel

pickyrabbit383条评论I absolutely fell in love with this vegan shawarma, as you can see in the second photo. The tortilla wrap was crunchy and tasty and it was filled with a lovely sesame sauce and perfect falafel pieces. So good!!! 🤯🤩Shawarma De Falafel
