It would be very VERY difficult to choose one favourite dish at Tuma, but if I absolutely had to I’d probably say this Fattoush! Thank the gods that the gracious chef / host Wael came out to greet us tonight and since he knew what we had ordered on nights before, he knew we had missed it!
You cannot miss this restaurant if you are in Segovia! It has so many vegan options!
