These are grab and go pre-packed meals that contain different items everyday. This one was sweet potato mash with cinnamon and walnuts, rigatoni pasta, red beans, aloo matar and roasted carrots. Everything was very yummy!

This looks ugly but tastes great! You can choose you own sauce, rice, beans and protein. I got kimchi fried rice, pinto beans, sweet potato, chorizo tofu, sauteed mushrooms, cabbage, salsa, chimichurri sauce, vegan sour cream, vegan cheese and hot sauce. Amazing!

As I was clearly the most hungry person in the world today, my gigantic meal from my fav vegan sandwich bar.. pad Thai, fiery potatoes, red cabbage sesame slaw, chickpea salad, turmeric dill cauliflower, green beans, beets and polenta lasagna (again). Amazing as always 😍
