
Our second plate we shared was this summery gnocchi dish 🌞. The gnocchi was so perfectly made, soft and pillowy on the inside and had a nice crispiness on the outside. The grilled corn added nice sweetness and texture. The creamy chimmichurri sauce was packed with herby flavour! Plus some vegan feta and fried jalapeños on top! Every bite was delightful however it was pretty heavy so I’m glad I got to share it.
