Ohh this was just beautiful. One of the few vegan-friendly loaves here.  But gawd it tasted amazing. Lightly salted, had a lovely crisp on the outside.  #ciabatta #veganbread #bread #loaf #veganciabatta #veganisnotscary

Sourdough Granary

doesn't have a very strong sourdough taste & has a softer texture closer to "normal" loafs but i love the texture of the crust & the crunch due to the scoring; they also accept byo during this period (.❛ ᴗ ❛.)
