Ciabatta Bread

Ohh this was just beautiful. One of the few vegan-friendly loaves here. But gawd it tasted amazing. Lightly salted, had a lovely crisp on the outside. #ciabatta #veganbread #bread #loaf #veganciabatta #veganisnotscary

Good texture and right level of airiness. Went well with olive oil and chopped tomatoes.
