This pizza was the special at Lucé earlier this fall. Now we're back to the dearly loved butternut squash pizza, but this was a nice lead-up. This pizza has portobello mushrooms, rapini, red onion, vegan cheese, dollops of Lucé's house-made cashew "rinotta", and a generous drizzle of rosemary truffle aioli, on top of a spicy olive oil bianca sauce. This ended up being so cheesy and creamy! I've never seen them apply the rinotta in dollops before. I really enjoyed that! The truffle aioli was pungent without being too fungus-y. The rapini was a great choice too.
