This #soup was pretty tasty! I wasn't really expecting a large bowl of basically just pureed #beets, but that's what this was. It had a little bit of some sort of coconut cream as well as some micro greens on top which gave a nice little texture variation. The flavor was great, but I couldn't eat that much all at once. I would have preferred a smaller portion but it was nice to have as leftovers and heated up well. It was a weekly special and priced pretty well at just $10. I love spaghetti squash. This dish was made vegan by just removing the shaved patmesan, which honestly wasn't necessary at all. The #arabiatta sauce was very #spicy but had a good flavor. There were also a lot of peppers and onions which weren't overcooked and had a good crunch. The #sweetpotato noodles were a little chewy and I'm not sure if that's normal or if they were a bit undercooked. The flavors were very good together and a little bit sweet. It came with a grilled lime that I didn't use. I didn't love this dish. The #vegan option is that they swap the buffalo sauce for Frank's #hotsauce. The #cauliflower itself was cooked well, but I just don't love Frank's enough to have enjoyed this dish. This seasonal dish was very good! The #chili itself is vegan but it usually comes with a cornbread made with honey that they just omit when you ask for it vegan. I wish they had a vegan cornbread option too, but oh well. The chili itself was very tasty and very #spicy - honestly a bit too much for me. I didn't taste a lot of #sweetpotato, just #peppers and #beans. Super yummy! The noodles are just spiraled sweet potatoes, so likely gluten free, too. It was just a little spicy and had a very southwestern style flavor to it. Entire half of an avocado was A+. My only complaint: the avocado wasn’t quite ripe.
