Peanut butter protein pancakes

Thick, fluffy delicious vegan pancakes smothered in a sweet and salty peanut butter sauce, with fresh berries, brownie chunks and coconut ice cream. Decadent and filling!

This dish originally came with eggs but has the option to be made vegan. 
The flavours were absolutely amazing, the presentation was beautiful and the price was surprisingly low. Overall an amazing dish!!
