Hot Vegan Sandwich

This sandwich comes with portobello mushrooms, avocado, tomato, onion, arugula, truffle oil, and basil pesto on multigrain bread. It was also supposed to come with vegan pepper jack cheese but I don’t think I got any. Despite this, the sandwich was very good, with a nice combination of flavors and textures. It was also a filling meal.

This was so flavorful and delicious! I loved the pesto and arugula, but was a little greasy. Still highly recommend!
