glooomy weather calls for vibrant foood
let me just say first that this sesame dressing is mindblowing, i was so hooked when i first had this meal & still to this day, it doesn’t disappoint 🤤 the freshness & crunch of the vegetables just makes me fall in love w mother natures offerings again 🥰 the smoked tofu is also glazed w teriyaki sauce, i like plain raw tofu anyways but this is a nice touch to add 😋
also anyone else like to sit in silence while listening to the wind on days like this? the rain makes the earth smell so good, it’s a grounding & connecting experience 🥰
