Super thick, creamy cauliflower soup . This was so smooth like velvet ! I can never get my soups like this . The flavour is rich too and its served in a big bowl with toasted sesame seeds on top which makes it a filling lunch . Organic mushroom Risotto . This dish was so tasty and filling ! Its hard to get a good fresh risotto and this was perfectly cooked and served hot . I could eat this regularly !its a healthy option too as it’s made with organic brown rice . This cute place is 100% Vegan organic !!!! The best food i had in Madrid at half the price of most places. My craving for onion bhajis satisfied at last !!!! Happy , happy , happy 🪇 There are 4 bhajis with a coriander chutney @ 5€ big enough but too good to share ! 💓 Such a delight to find this very cute and stylish place in Madrid . Plantamientos is a Vegan marvel situated in an indoor market .Its like an island of resistance and sanity in sea of meat stalls 😱. -These thankfully are all closed at lunch time and their stutters are down . Everything is home cooked , organic , vegan and so Delicious. Really great flavor and healthy. The price was good too. This place is inside the market and next to a number of butchers which some online reviews didn’t like and it did make me sad to look at, but hopeful that people would be exposed to this amazing vegan option.
