Gooey, decadent, absolutely delicious!! Moist and awesome by any cake standards, but especially good for a gluten-free cake. This place is a fully vegan and gluten-free bakery but their delightful goodies are definitely not lacking in flavor! Erin McKenna has the best gluten free vegan cupcakes in LA, which probably means the best in the world. One time I went there on a Friday night and randomly ran into 3 of my favorite vegan Instagram chef friends. So I guess you could say this bakery is a real hotspot!

Unfortunately, the actual brownie falls into the stereotypical “gluten-free is dry & bland” category. The frosting is definitely better, but there’s still not a very strong salted caramel flavor that comes through, nor is there a particularly strong chocolate flavor from the border frosting. Go for the lemon blueberry loaf instead🙌
