Really good Mexican style dish for today’s menu of the day.

This was at La Huerta Panadería in Chía (not Arigato Panadería Artesanal, I have no idea how that ended up there).

El pan estaba delicioso, suave y esponjoso, se nota el esfuerzo artesanal en su preparación. La variedad de verduras incluía rábanos, tomate, lechuga, champiñones frescos, pepino, y pimentones, todos muy frescos con sabores fuertes y deliciosos. Con una deliciosa salsa verde parecida al puesto que le daba un toque espectacular!!!!
La mezcla de sabores, los colores y la presentación estuvieron perfectos!
Lo único malo es que no incluye una fuente marcada de proteína 🙈
